Day 4

Ok, today was a hard one. have you every gotten out of bed and just wanted to go back to bed. that was my day. I just did not have any oomph today. Yesterday i was fine, i went to the gym and worked out 20 minutes cardio and then another 25 on the weight lifting machines. I really want to get into shape. I have never been in "shape" but one summer i did manage to lose about 60 lbs. if felt really good. that is what i want to do again. my problem is that i LIKE food, alot. i love to bake, i just don't anymore because it is so fattening. today i did manage to go to the gym. i think i did 23 minutes on the bike and then i did 3 min on the elliptical. that machine hurts. i am going to slowly work my way up to 10 min a day for that one. i have to be careful of what i do because sometimes it hurts to walk to much, i have plantar faciitis. if i am not carefull of the bike and start off to fast then my left knee feels like it has a muscle that is going to pop. but i will do this, :LOL
