Ok, today was a hard one. have you every gotten out of bed and just wanted to go back to bed. that was my day. I just did not have any oomph today. Yesterday i was fine, i went to the gym and worked out 20 minutes cardio and then another 25 on the weight lifting machines. I really want to get into shape. I have never been in "shape" but one summer i did manage to lose about 60 lbs. if felt really good. that is what i want to do again. my problem is that i LIKE food, alot. i love to bake, i just don't anymore because it is so fattening. today i did manage to go to the gym. i think i did 23 minutes on the bike and then i did 3 min on the elliptical. that machine hurts. i am going to slowly work my way up to 10 min a day for that one. i have to be careful of what i do because sometimes it hurts to walk to much, i have plantar faciitis. if i am not carefull of the bike and start off to fast then my left knee feels like it has a muscle that is going to pop. but i will do this, :LOL

Day 2
Day 2 of my blog but it is really day 4 of my exercise. Went in and did 20 min of cardio and then did 25 min of weightlifting stuff. so far so good.I went home and had salad with salmon and 1/2 bp for lunch. but I have not had any soda. I think that while I am trying to lose weight what i am really trying is to be more healthy. For dinner last night I had a salad with a 1/2 breast. so this is me trying to be healthy. Yesterday on may 23 I weighed 213.

Going to change for the better
Okay, I have been going to the gym now for three day and so far so good.
I am energized, and i want to say hopeful but that conveys a sense of no
commitment so lets say determined, that I will get in better shape. Since I
do not have a second job yet it won't be to hard, the hard part is when i get
a second job. I have to get one but it was more difficult to stick with my
convictions of eating better and getting more exercise. So I will trust in the good Lord
and do my best this time to stick with it and see where that gets me.
