Day 2

Day 2 of my blog but it is really day 4 of my exercise. Went in and did 20 min of cardio and then did 25 min of weightlifting stuff. so far so good.I went home and had salad with salmon and 1/2 bp for lunch. but I have not had any soda. I think that while I am trying to lose weight what i am really trying is to be more healthy. For dinner last night I had a salad with a 1/2 breast. so this is me trying to be healthy. Yesterday on may 23 I weighed 213.
